Too often people with emotional problems, anxiety and attention deficit disorders are seen as deficient and lacking what it takes to be healthy and happy. Our mission is to counteract stigma and this negative view by providing effective therapeutic support that improves mental health and wellbeing of the individual which brings life-changing and positive results.
We recognise that we all move up and down on the emotional and mental health spectrum depending on the amount of stress in our life. Our conscious and unconscious thoughts and feelings often work against each other creating inner tension. When the stress increases this internal conflict is exacerbated. As a result, it creates overwhelming feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, which inhibit our natural ability to think clearly and solve problems.
